The Trinitarian Transformation is the adventure of a lifetime as you journey to wholeness through The Isaiah Principle, a biblically-based model of both internal and external transformation. The Tag Team Teachers are committed to you and your goals but we strongly believe that your external success is directly related to your internal success. Life Language is the vehicle that moves you through the Isaiah Principle. It is an intensive approach to your best life based on the biblical principles of Isaiah 61.

Through The Isaiah Principle you will experience the following:

This journey to wholeness through The Isaiah Principle is an inside-out approach to your success. We refer to the outcome of your journey as The Trinitarian Transformation. Please take a moment to get yourself familiar with the terminology that we use in The Trinitarian Transformation.

The Trinitarian Nature of Team

The Trinitarian Nature of Team is the professional relationship between coach, counselor, and client. Randee is the coach. Tonya is the counselor. You are the client. The client receives 3 one-hour sessions per month in The Trinitarian Transformation: one teaching session with Tag Team Teachers, one counseling session with Tonya, and one coaching session with Randee.

The Trinitarian Nature of You

The Tag Team Teachers coach and counsel from the Life Language methodology which introduces you to the concept of The Trinitarian Nature of You. We believe that within you are 3 persons as follows: the Child, the Parent, and the Adult. There are two-sides to each person as follows:

· The Slave Child VS The Free Child

· The Slave Parent VS The Free Parent

· The Slave Adult VS The Free Adult

Depending on who is “leading” your internal dialogue largely determines your success. Our goal for you and your transformation is to bring to the forefront the “voices” of the Free Child, the Free Parent, and the Free Adult. The Life Language methodology is a radical foundational paradigm shift leading to your inheritance…from slavery to freedom.

The Trinitarian Nature of Time

Your success (or failure) is related to The Trinitarian Nature of Time…the past, the present, and the future. The Trinitarian Transformation involves a deeply personal examination how each facet of the Trinitarian Nature of Time has impacted you and your life. Tonya typically counsels from the past-present paradigm. Randee typically coaches from the present-future paradigm. Together they bring wholeness to you as the client in The Trinitarian Transformation by connecting your past, with your present, with your future.

The Trinitarian Nature of Relationships

Let’s face it. Your relationships impact your life. As the matter of fact, your relationships should be top priority on your journey to wholeness. There are 3 key relationships in The Trinitarian Nature of Relationship: God, Others, Self. The priority and order of these key relationships will determine your level of peace, purpose, and prosperity. This is a non-negotiable. Relationships matter. The Tag Team Teachers bring to light the truth of divine order in relationships that lead you to success.

The Trinitarian Nature of Behavior

The habits of your daily life determine your success. If your habits are good then life is good. If your habits are bad then life is bad. The question is…what drives my behavior? We refer to The Trinitarian Nature of Behavior as the Head-Heart-Hand connection. Your thoughts lead to your feelings and your feelings lead to your actions. Ultimately, your actions lead to your success. The Tag Team Teachers are committed to exploring the nature of your behavior. Implement little changes for big results.

The Trinitarian Nature of God

The foundation of ALL our work is in The Trinitarian Nature of God as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We coach and counsel from a biblical point of view without compromise. When the Word is clear then we are clear. When the Word is not clear then we do not assume authority in any given situation. Prayer is a part of each session with the Tag Team Teachers. We A.S.K. (Ask, Seek, Knock) God on your behalf. God leads to transformation NOT the Tag Team Teachers. There is wisdom in knowing the difference. This we put to prayer consistently.

How It Works

The client receives the following 3 one-hour sessions in The Trinitarian Transformation per month:

1. A teaching session with Tonya Hedrick and Randee Krumwiede and Client.

2. A counseling session with Tonya Hedrick and Client.

3. A coaching session with Randee Krumwiede and Client.

Fees

· The current fee schedule for The Trinitarian Transformation is $500 per month.

· Payment is due on the 1^st of the month prior to services rendered.

· The client may opt in or opt out of services on a monthly basis.

Sessions

· Sessions are 1 hour in duration with 3 sessions per month.

· The client is responsible for scheduling sessions with the Tag Team Teachers.

· Tag Team Teachers require a 24 hour cancelation policy.

· Please be on time for your sessions with all assignments complete.

· The teaching session is led by the Tag Team Teachers.

· The counseling session is led by the Client.

· The coaching session is led by the Client.
